The Doctoral College Information Fair welcomed over 80 students to The Edge on Wednesday 8 November.
Browsing the stands and enjoying conversations over coffee, researchers chatted with university teams including Student Services, Careers, The SU Bath, Computing Services, the Library and volunteering. Doctoral-led groups were also among the exhibitors on hand to answer questions, along with Doctoral College staff and our Doctoral Welcome Team.
Everyone gave the fair a big thumbs up with 100% of attendees asking to see the event run again. And researchers gave us some great suggestions about what else they would like to hear more about, including employment and teaching opportunities, language skills and support with maths and statistics. We're pulling all the feedback together so watch this space for updates.
For those of you who weren't able to come to the Fair, and/or if you aren't based here on campus, we've pulled together some information below from exhibitors which you might find useful. You can also take a look at our photos on Flickr.
