Description: | Aims: This unit aims to build the leadership skills students will need to forge a successful career in engineering management. Learning Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to: * Conduct a self assessment and seek feedback on their own leadership capabilities * Create a personal development plan relevant to their own career ambitions. * Work collaboratively with others on meaningful activities * Give meaningful developmental feedback to others * Present and communicate in a professional manner * Reflect on individual performance, set appropriate objectives and evaluate progress against these objectives. Skills: * Application of eadership and skills development models, tools and techniques that are relevant to careers in engineering management.
