Bath Connection - network with Bath graduates
Bath Connection is a secure online network where you can connect with our Alumni Experts. They are Bath graduates who have volunteered to help fellow Bath students and graduates. It's a great way to get some extra insight from someone who has ‘been there already’.
As a graduate, you can also become an Alumni Expert yourself. Help Bath students and graduates with their career planning, by telling them about:
- what's involved in your job
- what it's like working for your employer
- your experience of the recruitment process
- diversity issues
Alumni Experts find it interesting to connect with students and graduates. They also have the satisfaction of helping others with their next steps.
You can ask Alumni Experts for help with quick questions or for more in-depth support.
There are hundreds of graduates registered on Bath Connection. They are working for a wide range of employers and in many types of role, from the high-profile to the more unusual.

Graduate Outcomes Survey
Graduate Outcomes is the biggest UK annual social survey and captures the perspectives and current status of recent graduates.
All graduates will be asked to take part in the survey 15 months after they finish their studies. The responses are crucial in allowing current and future students to make informed choices. They also help the University of Bath evaluate and promote courses. Please respond when you are invited to participate in the survey and help make the Graduate Outcomes survey a success.
To support the survey, we are required to hold accurate contact details for you. If you would like to update your contact details you can do so by emailing Alumni at alumni@bath.ac.uk
The survey is owned by HESA, the Higher Education Statistics Agency. Find out more information, including guidance on how your contact details will be used, on HESA's website.
Graduate recruitment fairs
Summer fairs across the UK
Summer graduate recruitment fairs take place at some UK universities between April and early July. Some may be open to graduates of any university, but you will need to check this. Summer fairs promote the remaining vacancies at some large employers. You can also meet smaller and regional employers.
Search for these on Prospects and filter using 'Graduates' to find the right events.
Autumn fairs
Autumn fairs promote opportunities to start the following summer. They could help you plan a graduate job before you start a gap year.
Our autumn fair is for University of Bath students and graduates only and is held in October. Keep an eye on MyFuture events for more details.
