Description: | Aims: This unit provides the students with an opportunity to examine the aims of injury prevention and rehabilitation, and the body�s reactions to injuries. Emergency first aid and safety requirements for coaching different populations will also be a key focus in the unit. Learning Outcomes: At the end of this unit students will be able to: * Identify and outline the safety needs for coaching different populations; * Identify and outline emergency first aid; * Identify and outline the aims of injury prevention and rehabilitation; * Identify and outline methods of treatment available.
