Description: | Aims: This unit will further develop students' knowledge, understanding and practical application of the coaching process, coaching behaviour and coaching practice with the emphasis on developing strategies, to improve individuals' and teams' performance through critical analysis, review and evaluation. Learning Outcomes: At the end of this unit students will be able to: * Critically analyse factors associated with the coaching process, coaching behaviours and coaching practice in providing an optimal coaching environment; * Analyse coaching influences as part of the coaching process; * Critically analyse, review and evaluate own coaching performance; * Apply advanced coaching strategies.
