Description: | Aims: To enhance students' understanding of the career pathways within Sport & Exercise Science, and to teach students how to proactively engage in their own professional development throughout their degree. Learning Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit students will be able: Demonstrate an understanding of potential career pathways within the sphere of Sport & Exercise Science. Demonstrate an understanding of how they can utilise the degree programme and other continuing professional development activities to develop their skills and experience to enhance their employability on such pathways Produce a CV which details their relevant experience for a chosen career pathway. Demonstrate an understanding of the placement opportunities available to them and how to best prepare for them or other chosen professional development activities.
