Description: | Aims: To provide students with an understanding of project management and to define a project's objectives, plan the enterprise, execute it and bring it to a successful conclusion for all parties involved. Learning Outcomes: After completing this module, students should be able to: define the projects objectives and the roles of the key participants; produce a project plan; design and control and management procedures; and explain the procedures required to bring that project to a successful conclusion. Skills: Application of the information, techniques and methods detailed in the unit material, to the proposal of, and the carrying through of, appropriate solutions to engineering problems in project engineering.
