Description: | Aims: To understand how nutrition impacts upon health and disease and identifying healthy nutrition behaviours. Learning Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit students will be able to demonstrate: * Conceptual understanding of how the metabolism of different substrates are integrated. * Systematic understanding of the different nutritional needs of a variety of populations. * Critical evaluation of the impact of amount and patterns of food intake on human health.
