Content: Most of us want to bring our whole selves to work. Yet experience and research demonstrate that many of us will encounter values conflicts in our careers, when the way we want to live and the things we want to accomplish come into conflict with the expectations of bosses, peers, clients, customers and organizational culture. This unit is designed to help individuals recognize when these conflicts occur and how to clarify, speak and act on their values when they do.
