  • Understand the pressures associated with working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a professional sport context



Synopsis: Explore introductory topics related to sport coaching. You will also explore the fundamental factors which relate to sport coaching from pedagogical, psychological, biological, and sociological perspectives.

Content: Roles of a coach; Effective coaching; Design, plan and implement a coaching session; Evaluating coaching; coach-athlete relationship; Coaching as part of a multi-disciplinary team; Stress and coaching.
