Synopsis: | Study the fundamental accounting and finance concepts and techniques. You'll explore the conceptual and regulatory framework of accounting and the differences between management and financial accounting. Develop your understanding of a firm's investment and financing decisions and appreciate the decision-making processes of new investment appraisal, cost of capital and the effect of capital structure on the firm's value.
