Synopsis: Develop your understanding of the key theoretical principles of: - finance - financial decision making - corporate policy - risk You will develop the knowledge and skills to analyse corporate policy, identify and apply the appropriate techniques for investment appraisals and price financial assets.

Content: Key elements to be included: Various topics and concepts in Corporate Finance, Portfolio Theory, Market Efficiency and Financial Derivatives and select advanced topics.
