Synopsis: | Develop an understanding of the scientific principles, concepts and theories related to strength and conditioning training.

Content: | Fundamentals of human movement; Movement screening and needs analysis; Principles of effective training; Physical and motor fitness components of performance; Warm ups and priming exercise; Hypertrophy and strength training; Speed and power training; Monitoring training and performance.
