Aims: | To conduct an independent research project under the supervision of an expert in their chosen topic area. They will gain first-hand experience in data acquisition, analysis, and scientific communication, with opportunities to develop advanced laboratory and/or fieldwork skills. |

3. Use information and health technologies appropriate for sport and exercise science in data collection, analysis, and communication of research results

Content: | Students will conduct the individual research project they designed in the penultimate year, including data collection, analysis, interpretation and dissemination of the findings. There will be a series of optional activities, which will cover important aspects of research management, implementation, dissemination and translation (e.g., literature searching, data analysis, public engagement, impact, entrepreneurship). Students will have to attend a minimum of four from six optional sessions depending on the nature of their research and personal needs. |
