Learning Outcomes: At the end of this unit, you will be able to: -Demonstrate a systematic and thorough understanding of sustainability in management. -Evaluate the strategic implications of sustainability -Examine and critically analyse corporate efforts to incorporate sustainability. -Hone your problem solving, and decision-making skills. -Effectively communicate sustainability to a range of stakeholders. -Understand and apply key sustainability tools and techniques.


Synopsis: Explore real world sustainability issues with external organisations. You will work in teams and help client organisations adopt a sustainable conduct. You will develop a great understanding of corporate strategies for sustainability and polish key skills sustainability consultants need to have, such as communication and negotiation, project management and planning, problem solving, and presentation skills.

Content: The unit focuses on key issues related to sustainable development and sustainability and covers topics like external pressures companies face to adopt a sustainable conduct, key sustainability trends, designing sustainability strategy and integrating sustainability.
