* Demonstrate the application of decision making theory to support medicines optimisation interventions, supporting best patient outcomes and safety across a range of clinical areas
* Demonstrate recognition of the boundaries of clinical compentence, working autonomous within these and referring to others as appropriate, across a range of clinical areas
* Identify and critically evaluate a range of information sources, and use these to construct solutions for practice-based problems and enquiries in order to support medicines optimisation
* Identify and demonstrate effective strategies to assess and prioritise a range of tasks within clinical and non-clinical settings
* Use effective communication strategies to support patients (and carers, advocates, representatives) and healthcare professionals to make medicines optimisation decisions; taking into account patient views/beliefs/ICE (ideas, concerns, expectations).
