* Demonstrate autonomous practice within boundaries of own competence, across a range of clinical areas
* Critically reflect on boundaries of own clinical competency, and refer appropriately to other members of the healthcare team to ensure patient safety
* Describe and demonstrate the key factors required for effective communication with other members of the healthcare team in all sectors, using a variety of communication methods
* Demonstrate timely, accurate, and appropriate documentation within the healthcare record to support medicines optimisation across a variety of clinical areas
* Critically evaluate, and apply in practice, effective techniques to influence other healthcare professionals in order to support best medicines optimisation outcomes for patients
