2. Explain the role of the professional social worker in practicing with adults in need of care and support (PS 2.3; 3.8)
3. Apply a holistic approach to the identification of needs, circumstances, rights, strengths and risks and explain how these are informed by law and policy in practice (PS 1.1; 1.2; 1.3; 1.4; 1.5; 2.1; 2.3; 2.4; 2.5; 3.1; 3.2; 3.3; 3.5; 3.6; 4.3)
