Synopsis: Develop the interpersonal skills required to lead climate initiatives. Working in teams, you'll develop collaborative skills such as teamwork, influencing, negotiation, mentoring and networking. You will also develop personal competencies such as reflection, and the awareness of the emotional impacts of climate change on yourself and others. Finally, you'll explore the potential of diversity and the dangers of unconscious bias.
