Synopsis: | Learn how HR aligns with business strategy. You will learn how to design and implement HR practices against the backdrop of wider contextual trends and industry factors. You'll also learn to develop and apply people-focused strategies to plan, execute and evaluate HR initiatives. |
Content: | Strategic HRM in action focuses on the ways in which organisations plan, design, and implement HR strategies on the ground. It takes a scientist-practitioner focus by applying core knowledge of theory and concepts in a pragmatic and critically reflective manner. Students will explore current and future trends connected with strategic areas such as talent management, learning and development, and employee performance and engagement. |
