Synopsis: | Explore the challenges and opportunities that companies face when creating and extracting value from technological innovation. You will learn frameworks and tools used to guide companies' strategic decision-making when operating in competitive markets driven by technological change. You will apply these to real issues using a range of learning approaches such as games, case studies and seminar-style discussions.

- Models and processes of innovation, with a focus on the diffusion of innovation.
- A range of conceptual frameworks and tools to guide companies' strategic decisions in competitive markets.

- The role of individuals and networks in driving innovation.
