Childlessness may affect any one of us, whether personally or through friends, family and colleagues. To help build awareness, offer support and provide essential information on allyship to childless employees in the workplace, the No Kidding Network wants to launch the important conversation of how we can create a more compassionate and inclusive environment at the University of Bath, which enables childless-not-by-choice people to have positive workplace experiences.
We'll be guided by our guest presenter, Karin Enfield-de Vries, an international grief and loss counsellor, coach and consultant as well as being a leading global advocate for the childless-not-by-choice community.
The session will comprise one hour of presentation and conversation, plus half hour for refreshments and informal networking.
