The Centre for Climate Change and Social Transformations (CAST) will be hosting a webinar on "Ethnicity and UK climate insights: why we need greater diversity" on Friday 9 September 2024, 12-1pm (BST).

The webinar will comprise a discussion of the findings and recommendations from a recent CAST report which brings together preliminary insights on how people of colour in Britain experience, perceive and engage with climate change and climate policy. It outlines why UK climate discourse must better consider the perspectives of different ethnicities and recommends actions that researchers, research funders, insights commissioners and campaigners can take.

Sign up for the webinar and share the sign-up form with any colleagues or contacts you think would be interested. The webinar is open externally as well as for staff.
