We invite you to Bath in 2025 to join the first standalone Ferroelectrics UK and Ireland conference since 2015. It follows the successful joint Electroceramics for End Users XII with Ferroelectrics UK conference in Glasgow in November 2023.
We will cover topics including:
- fundamentals of ferroelectrics including piezoelectrics, pyroelectrics, relaxors, and tuneable materials
- ceramics, single crystals, thick and thin films, 2D ferroelectrics, polymers and composites
- new materials such as lead-free materials and ABX3-molecular ferroelectrics
- theory and modelling of ferroelectrics
- ferroelectric material processing, including 3D printing, texturing, cold sintering and more
- advanced and innovative characterisation of structural, electrical, mechanical, thermal and optical properties of ferroelectrics
- applications of ferroelectrics including actuators, SONAR, sensors, non-destructive testing, energy storage, energy harvesting, microwave dielectrics and memory devices
- related phenomena, including multiferroics, electrocalorics, magnetoelectrics and photo-ferroelectrics
- novel interfacial phenomena in ferroelectrics
