Reset your University password
Request for your University password to be reset if you have been unable to reset it yourself (suitable MFA methods required), or are having MFA issues.
As a student, staff member, or applicant, you can use this form to request a reset of your University password.
You will need your name, date of birth, postcode, and contact information along with details of your:
- application if you're an applicant
- course if you're a current student
- job if you're a member of staff
