Academic Anxiety

Understand academic anxiety and what you can do to help

Anxiety is a very normal response to deadlines, exams, and other challenging situations, and we need some stress to help us achieve new things.

What can you do to help

You will have managed anxiety before so take some time to reflect on what you did then, and who has helped you in the past. Everyone’s MASK (Managing Anxiety Strategy Kit) is different, but deliberately doing the small things that have helped you before is a great start.
