Parking at a park and ride
You can avoid traffic in the town centre by using one of the city's park-and-ride services.
You can catch a free Open Day bus directly to the University if you park at Lansdown Park & Ride.
If you park at Newbridge or Odd Down, you need to pay for the park-and-ride service to Bath Bus Station. You can then catch the free Open Day bus from there.
Lansdown Park & Ride
You can park at Lansdown Park & Ride for free and take the free Open Day bus directly to the University.
Lansdown Park & Ride is about seven miles from M4 junction 18, Bath's nearest motorway. It's the closest park and ride to our campus.

Buses leave every 10 minutes, starting at 8am. The last bus back from our campus leaves at 5.30pm.
Student Ambassadors and staff members, in red T-shirts, can direct you to the bus stop and answer questions.
Newbridge Park & Ride
If you park at Newbridge Park & Ride, you need to pay for the bus to Bath Bus Station. You can then catch the free Open Day bus from there.

Odd Down Park & Ride
If you park at Odd Down Park & Ride, you need to pay for the bus to Bath Bus Station. You can then catch the free Open Day bus from there.

Parking in the city
Bath is a popular tourist destination and hosts a number of events throughout the year. Before you decide to park in the city, check the Visit Bath website for any events during the Open Day you've chosen.
Please be aware that Robbie Williams is performing concerts in the Royal Crescent on both Friday 13 and Saturday 14 June, so Bath's car parks are likely to be busier than usual.
