Learn how to connect your University-owned Mac computer to the printers and plotters.

If you use a University-managed Mac, follow these instructions to print directly to a Sharp MX-C500P desktop printer, large format printer or plotter.

You need to install the printer client software, which installs the printer drivers on your computer, and the user client software, which you will use to select an account to pay for printing.

  2. Select ‘University Print Service (PaperCut)' and then 'Install'.
  3. Click on the green printer icon in the menu bar and select 'View my printers'. A screenshot of the 'View my printers' button
