Deputy Head of International Student Recruitment
We are looking to appoint a Deputy Head of International Student Recruitment to lead on the development and delivery of regional recruitment strategies and contribute to the University's international strategy for growth and diversification.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the International Recruitment team at the University of Bath.
Leading a small team with responsibility for core markets in East Asia (including China), South East Asia and UKI. You will have responsibility for:
- developing, implementing, delivering and evaluating effective student recruitment strategies for the University's suite of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes:
- organising and representing the University at recruitment events, virtually and in-country:
- taking a lead role working with internal stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring an integrated approach to recruitment activity;
- managing in-country teams.
You will have significant experience of working in student recruitment and have demonstrable success of meeting recruitment targets. You will also have experience of managing people in some capacity, be a people-person and be comfortable working in a team, taking a lead role in cultivating a strong team environment for sharing ideas and working beyond market responsibilities.
