By taking part in this prize draw, entrants accept these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.

  1. The free prize draw (“Promotion”) is open to all staff and students currently at the University of Bath.
  2. The Promotion will start on Tuesday 10 December 2024 at 09:00 (“Starting Date”).
  3. The Promotion will close on Monday 23 December 2023 at 23:59 (“Closing Date”).
  4. To take part in the Promotion, the entrant (“Entrant”) must enter their email address and submit a pledge to take part in the switch off.
  5. There is a maximum of one entry per person.
  6. There will be one winner for staff and one winner for students, drawn at random.
  7. The winners will be selected at random by Friday 10 January 2025.
  8. The winners will be notified by email by a member of the Climate Action Team by Friday 10 January 2025.
  9. The winners will each receive a £20 Bath Gift Voucher (“The Prize”).
  10. There is no cash alternative to the Prize.
  11. To claim the Prize, the Winner must respond to the Climate Action Team within 14 working days (“Claim Period”).
  12. If the winners do not respond within the Claim Period, the Promoter reserves the right to select another Winner.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize or prizes to the equivalent value.
  14. Details of the winners will be available for one month after the Closing Date by writing to climateaction@bath.ac.uk
  15. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind which may affect submitting, receipt or processing of your entry.
  16. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all respects on all Entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
  17. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
