Alice Gianella SWC Economics Department Programmes Administrator
Staff Wellbeing Champion
Role
I have been at Bath University for nearly four years working as a Programmes Administrator within the Economics Department. My role is hybrid − allowing me to split my working week between campus and home, which does wonders for work life balance. I am lucky to work alongside fantastic colleagues and feel very supported by the University of Bath community.
Wellbeing statement
I enjoy helping and supporting people, so joining the Wellbeing Champion Team was a no brainer for me. I want anybody to feel comfortable reaching out to me as I would be more than happy to lend a listening ear. Mental Health and Wellbeing is imperative, and I think it is very important to promote a healthy practice across the University.
Interests
I have always loved dancing and performing. Nowadays I regularly take part in a Strictly Come Dancing inspired dance Fitness called Fitsteps, It doesn’t matter what mood I may be in, those 45 minutes really uplift me and activate all those happy endorphins.
