I am a Lecturer in Electronic and Electrical Engineering. My research area focuses on Point-of-Care Lab-on-Chip biomedical diagnostic devices.

Wellbeing statement

I consider academia a career that is intrinsically challenging for people’s mental health, very often resulting in academics with severe health and wellbeing issues. I believe this should not be considered the norm and cultural change regarding academics’ wellbeing is imperative.

Interests

I love cooking, theatre, literature and martial arts.
