I'm particularly keen on creating opportunities to help colleagues overcome stress related to new technologies. Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. So be kind. And be kind to yourself, too.

Interests

My 10-years-in-the-making book is a great testament to my belief in creative writing for the drawer as a form of self-care. I love gardening, discovering new running routes, climbing trees and cultivating my electing taste in books and TV shows. My spirit animal is my tortoise.
