Nicola Fricker Senior Customer Service Representative
Coordinating the University of Bath Innovation Centre finances, and providing customer service to its members.
Role
Nicola is part of the Enterprise team at the University of Bath SETsquared Innovation Centre. She is responsible for:
- co-ordinating all Enterprise and Innovation Centre finances, including budgets and forecasts, reporting and year end reconciliation
- preparing ERDF claims to project management, on time and with full audit trail
- overseeing the day to day running of the Innovation Centre, as part of the customer support team
Career
After a successful career in the retail industry, Nicola joined the University of Bath in 2010 as a Finance and Clerical assistant in Accommodation and Hospitality Services (AHS). She joined Research and Innovation Services (RIS) as a Senior Customer Service Representative in 2013.
