Reverend Nick Adams Visiting Chaplain
Nick’s Chaplaincy role is to support the excellent work Nigel and the team are doing, being an engaged, caring, faithful and spiritual presence on Campus.
Role
Nick’s focus is on building stronger ecumenical relationships particularly with the university's growing Eastern Orthodox community and bringing some of his artistic skills to chaplaincy events.
He is available on Mondays from 11.00am until 4.00pm.
Career
Nick has Theatrical Background having trained at RADA in Stage Management, then latterly became freelance.
Determined to bring his passion and experience of arts into Christian Ministry, Nick became a Priest in the Church of England in 2010. Since then, he has headed up numerous community arts projects ranging from a lantern procession through to arts wellbeing for primary school children.
Nick has served his ministry in Bristol and the South Wales Valleys.
Education
MA Arts in Health from University of Glamorgan 2012.
Diploma Stage Management and Theatre Production from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art 1998.
BA (hons) Theology from King’s College London 1996.
