Please be aware that works are due to commence to protect the facades of Wessex and Norwood House from the weather. Once complete, the concrete will be protected for the next 15 - 20 years.

The first stage of the project is to install temporary works to Norwood House which comprises of combination of low-level scaffolding and access cradles, which are supported from the roof and will traverse the buildings repeatedly throughout the works.

A series of processes will take place from the cradles once installed, these include tap testing, repairing, cleaning (with water) and treating the concrete.

Once Norwood is complete, the same processes will apply to Wessex house, which we estimate to commence in August. We estimate that the Norwood House works will run from June to September 2024 with the Wessex House works running from August through to November 2024.

Please note that windows must remain closed throughout the works.
