• leading the operational administration to enable the continued success of undergraduate and postgraduate-taught units and programmes
• acting as a central point of contact for students seeking guidance on their studies
• liaising with colleagues in central services on behalf of students and academics
• providing professional, reliable and timely information and advice to colleagues on taught programmes matters
• enhancing and harmonising learning and teaching processes through collaboration and sharing best practice
