Race Equality Charter University Self Assessment Team (REC USAT)

REC USAT is the group of people working to identify and address the barriers facing Black, Asian, and minority ethnic staff and students.

The REC team includes academics and professional services staff and represents a diverse range of experiences and personal characteristics, with a focus on ethnicity and its intersection with gender, sexuality, and disability. The team draws on surveys, focus groups, and institutional data covering all areas and levels of the university including recruitment, experience, and progression of staff and students.
