This group is responsible for the standards, governance and commissioning of digital content and CRM communications for prospective students and applicants.
The group is accountable for:
- delivering against the content strategy for student recruitment
- the timeliness and accuracy of content
- the clear custodianship of content
- the performance of student recruitment content
- reviewing and approving CRM communication schedules
