Colleagues in our Digital, Data & Technology Group (DDaT) group have all University central systems back online and are working at pace to support colleagues individually to restore all of our affected PCs and devices.

If your computer is still affected, you can find further information here on the steps required to fix your device yourself. If you have any issues doing this, please raise a new ticket with the IT Service desk or update your existing ticket, ensuring that you have included your PC name and location, so that we can assist.

Any University PCs and laptops that were switched off, have not been affected or have since been fixed can be used as normal, including rebooting or shutting down as required.

We know that adversaries and bad actors will try to exploit events like this, so please remain vigilant.
