The University of Bath has signed a pledge regarding Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Through this pledge, we commit to not using Non-Disclosure Agreements to silence people who come forward to raise complaints of sexual harassment, abuse or misconduct, or other forms of harassment and bullying. More information about the University pledge can be found online.
Professor Rajani Naidoo, Vice-President (Community & Inclusion) said:
“As part of our commitment to nurturing an outstanding and inclusive community, we want to ensure that members of our community feel able to report harassment and to seek support. Signing this pledge is another important commitment in tackling discrimination and abuse.”
