From next academic year, staff will have a new dedicated space to meet and network with a flexible facility in the space vacated by the former Wessex Restaurant.
The refurbishment aims to enable colleagues to come together to discuss ideas, collaborate and strengthen relationships across and between departments as we explore new ways of working.
The focus will be on providing a mixture of formal and informal spaces where staff can meet colleagues or external contacts, with access to the full range of refreshments from the 4W café.
Before work goes ahead we’d like your views on how to make the space work best for you.
We’ll be holding short focus groups in situ in the last week of April, with refreshments provided, and we’re looking for a broad representation of different staff to inform the development. If you’d like to take part, please register your interest by the end of Wednesday 13 April.
