Specialist teams will work on Wessex House to clean and protect the façade for the next 15 years. This follows successful work to Norwood House.
The teams will jet wash the building with water before applying a protective treatment.
Please keep all windows in Wessex House closed over this period. The product is non-toxic, however, there will be an odour when it is applied, and there may be a risk of water ingress during the jet washing.
We can provide fans should you need them, please contact Campus Infrastructure Helpdesk to make a request.
Public access will be maintained to the buildings, however, some areas of the Parade and Underdeck maybe restricted now and again but will be clearly signposted.
