Our postgraduate accommodation options for couples are:

Our undergraduate accommodation options for couples are:

• John Wood Court (double-bed flats)
• Woodland Court (double-bed rooms in shared flats with Eat & Drink credit)
• Polden (double bed flat)
• The Quads (double bed flat)
• Eastwood Green (standard double bedroom)

We have a limited number of accommodation suitable for couples, so we cannot guarantee you accommodation.

We will let you know if there is no couples accommodation available, so you can apply for a single room.

Family accommodation

If you are looking for family accommodation, we recommend looking in the private sector.

The University has limited accommodation if you are travelling with your family. This accommodation is for students coming to University with their partner and child or children. We not have family accommodation for parents, siblings or other extended family members.

We give priority to:

• new international students coming to Bath for the first time
• new students who may find it difficult to find private accommodation due to disability, health or welfare reasons

Family accommodation is available in:

• Esther Parkin - two to four bedroom accommodation is between £347 and £421 a week
• Eveleigh Waterside - one bedroom accommodation is £363 a week
• Cotswold Family House - two bedroom accommodation is £388 a week

Due to limited availability, we are unable to guarantee you accommodation.

We will let you know if there is no family accommodation available so you can apply for a single room or look for accommodation in the private sector.

When to apply

Postgraduate applications open on 12 March 2025.

Undergraduate applications open on 01 May 2025.

The deadline for applications is 01 July 2025.

If you miss the 01 July deadline, you can still apply for accommodation and join the waiting list. We cannot guarantee you a room.
