It partners with its network of local carer organisations to provide funding and support, deliver innovative and evidence-based programmes and raise awareness and influence policy. Carers Trust’s vision is that unpaid carers are heard and valued, with access to support, advice and resources to enable them to live fulfilled lives.

Hope Support offers online support for students with a close family member who has a serious illness. Among other things, they can offer advice on leaving home, living away, dealing with responsibilities, home visits and staying positive. Hope also offers fortnightly chat sessions for university students through their online service. This can be a good way to meet other students who are experiencing similar emotions to yourself.

Which? Elderly care offers independent and practical advice for people who are caring for elderly parents or other relatives.
