Bedding and linen
Bedding and linen are not supplied in your accommodation. Before you arrive, you'll need to decide if you are going to:
- bring your own bedding and/or linen
- buy bedding and/or linen from our online store
- borrow bedding and/or linen from our ResLife Ops team.
Linen exchange
If you're using our linen, you can swap it for a clean set every Wednesdays between 9am and 1pm.
Each accommodation has a designated linen collection point where you can exchange your linen.

- Quads & Woodland Court: Outside Woodland Court launderette
- Westwood Houses, Brendon, Wolfson, Mendip & Quarry: West Operations Office
- Polden: Inside ground-floor entrances of each Polden Block (A-D)
- Polden Court: Inside the middle entrance of Polden Court, ground floor
- Aquila & Thornbank: Aquila Compass Room
- Green Park House: Green Park House Reception
- John Wood & Carpenter House - John Wood Reception
Clevelands, Pulteney, Eveleigh, and Scala: Linen exchange is available on request only please contact the ResLife City Team.
There will also be a basket for dirty linen. They just need to put the dirty linen in the dirty basket and then help themselves to clean linen from the trolley.
TV licence
If you have a TV in your bedroom, you will need a TV licence. If your accommodation has a communal TV, it will be clearly label that it is a licensed TV.
